Pair of antique 1856 Longfellow Poems books Volume I and II. These books are a beautiful vibrant blue and gold color and the oldest books I have for sale in my shop! Included are pieces by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow such as The Seaside and the Fireside, Birds of Passage, Evangeline, and much more.
They would be amazing to display on a bookshelf or gift to someone who loves blue decor, poetry, or Longfellow.
There is wear and discoloration on the covers, spines, and pages within. Also please note that several of the intro pages on Volume I have detached from the spine. There are a few pencil markings within as well. The books are small size and measure about 5.5" x 3.5" x 1".
