R. Clift writes, "How can you expect me to keep my feet on the ground when you are fully aware that I can fly? For now I may walk beside you, but you should know this won't last forever. I love you, I will always love you, but when the stars call I must go. I will always choose my wings."
This poem is a wonderful reminder to all the wanderlust souls that we can't keep our feet on the ground forever. We must always choose our wings and fly.
The words are printed in a typewriter font on handmade cotton rag paper with deckle edges. The color of the paper is a natural, unbleached white but may occasionally have tiny speckles of random color from other fibers mixed in. Size varies slightly because of the imperfect nature of handmade paper, but will be roughly 5" x 7", 8" x 10", or 11" x 14" based on your selection.
