Inspired by the poem "In Flanders Fields" by John McCrae (about fields of poppies and the memories of fallen soldiers), I wrote this quote to comfort anyone who has lost a loved one and feels comforted by poppies or fields of flowers. This print would make a thoughtful sympathy gift or reminder to yourself that those we have lost are always with us.
The words are printed in a typewriter font on handmade cotton rag paper. The color of the paper is a natural, unbleached white but may occasionally have tiny speckles of random color from other fibers mixed in. Size varies slightly because of the imperfect nature of handmade paper, but will be roughly 5" x 7", 8" x 10", or 11" x 14" based on your selection.
